“Kegels” are exercises that strengthen the pubococcygeal muscles. I call these muscles the orgasm muscles because they involuntarily contract during orgasm.

    I just want to share an experience. From what I see, the Kegel Exercise seem to be what is called mula banda in Yoga. There are many bandas from different area of the body. They are prescribed for centuries as good for the body. They are in fact part of a daily practice of Hatha Yoga. Mula Banda does increase the power of orgasms and help you hold your sperm when you are about to ejaculate.
    I found out that there is another technic to help last longer in bed. It consist of visualizations and attitudes. In fact, it helps you retrain your mind to respond to certain images. You don’t have to do any masturbation or Banda to learn it.
    - Just sit or lay down and relax deeply;
    - Visualize things that used make the horny, one at a time;
    - Try to relax deeper and deeper anytime you feel horny or feel an erection coming. Relax more your entire body, mostly the penis area. Don’t do any Mula Banda or contraction of the pelvis area. Relax it the maximum. The goal is to not have an erection. In fact the erection is used here as a measurement and your penis a sensor that detect how horny you are.
    If you can hold what used to be the most erotic images for you, in your head without having an erection or being horny, you could have an erection lasting more than an hour straight. You will discover that there is a kind of switch in you head that trigger orgasms. So after an hour of sex or even more, you can decide to accept being horny and you will see that an orgasm will come – honestly, it can be difficult. You can then apply a Banda or contraction in order to not ejaculate. This will improve your general health – ears, eyes, brain, skin, kidneys, liver and more.
    The problem, you might end up having a night without any orgasm at all. But I started to love those sex sessions without an orgasm for me but multiple orgasm for my girlfriend. I was more relax and was enjoying more the body of my girlfriend. She was having the orgasms for both of us, I could feel her orgasms like being mine.
    I have created this exercise for myself 12 years ago after listening to a sexologist on a French radio – RFI – talking about ejaculations and the need to retrain our mind to respond differently to certain sexual stimuli. He – or she, I don’t remember anymore – talked about bringing the body to a kind of Zero point. I remember after a 3 days practicing this exercise, during a sexual encounter with my girlfriend at that time, after many orgasms she had, she started to beg me to stop thrusting her vagina any longer because it was becoming painful. And I still was having trouble to have an orgasm. I was fully erected but very relax in the head and the rest of the body. I was thrusting her for a time I couldn’t remember. I was feeling a pain and heat on my penis skin too. Probably I needed to use more lubricant – I never needed to do so, she was always wet enough. The next day, she tapped on my back with a big laugh calling me a real man and asked me to do less next time because it was too much for her and that she has to take some anti-inflamatory later. I need to improve this approach with a better control of the “ON” part of the switch, I mean, allowing an orgasm without urging it and disturbing that harmony.
    If you want to try this exercise, you need to have a girl ready to come to you, because for the first sessions, after each, you feel an urgent need to have sex – because of all those visualizations. You also need to stop certain habits, like holding an image in your head and trying to feel hornier and hornier. Masturbation – for men – and pornos contribute to this. When an image make you feel horny, relax and push the image out of your head. The all technic is based on dissociating certain stimuli from certain sensations. So stop creating more association, just like in Pavlov experiments.
    Associated with meditation to dissipate the build up of sexual energy over the time, you will feel less the need to have sex.
